How do I create a dating profile?
Click Sign Up on the Landing Zone. Enter your phone number and follow the verification steps sent to you. Once logged in, complete your dating profile by adding photos, interests, and preferences.
Is Cupid Geeks free to use?
Yes, basic features are free. Optional premium features may be offered to enhance your dating experience.
Account & Profile Help
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Cupid Geeks does not use traditional usernames and passwords. We use a secure one-time passcode (OTP) login system. Enter your phone number on the login screen, and a confirmation verification code will be sent to you for access.
How do I edit my dating profile?
Log into your account using your one-time passcode (OTP). Go to your profile settings and update your photos, bio, interests, and preferences at any time.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Account Settings and enter your new email. A confirmation email will be sent to verify the change.
How do I delete, downgrade, or update my membership?
Go to the Landing Zone, select General Settings, then choose one of the following:
- Delete Account to permanently remove your profile
- Membership Plans to downgrade or upgrade your subscription
All changes take effect after confirmation.
Matching & Messaging
How does matching work?
Cupid Geeks uses your preferences, shared interests, and location to recommend potential matches.
Who can message me?
Only users you have made a connection with will be able to message you.
Why can I not send messages?
This may be due to connection issues or account verification status.
Can I unmatch someone?
Yes. Open the Quiver, select the three dots to the right of the member you want to disconnect from, then select Disconnect. This will immediately remove the match and end all messaging.
Privacy & Safety
Is Cupid Geeks safe for dating?
Yes. Your privacy and safety are our top priority. We use encryption and moderation tools to protect user data and on-platform behavior.
Can others see my private messages?
No. Private messages are visible only to the people involved in the conversation.
How do I report suspicious or inappropriate behavior?
Open the user’s profile, click Report, and submit the reason. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly.
How do I block a user?
Select Quiver, then select the three dots to the right of the member you want to block. Choose Block User to immediately prevent all future contact.

Payments & Subscriptions
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Premium subscriptions may be canceled through your app store billing settings. You may also go to the Landing Zone, select General Settings, then choose Delete Account or Membership Plans to downgrade or upgrade your membership.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on billing circumstances and usage.
